So the whole vermont trip was a waste of time. The field was good other than the massive amounts of mud and the hill from hell. Other than that GMSOG really has alot to work on. Especially when it comes to enforcing the rules set forth to all of the teams before the event. The tan team was respawning after only a few minutes and I know they were not claiming that they got hit most of the time. Also I do not think that they were using bio's and I really do not remember them going down to get there guns chronoed. The scenrio's were well thought out and really could have been fun if it wasn't for all of the other bullsh*t. So at least now we know who the honest team was and just simply won't go back. I now have the biggest urge to find some land and start Upstate Airsoft. So I am going to begin looking. If anyone hears about a nice chunk of land let me know. I am in the process of writing a letter to Tiger from GMSOG to voice our complaints. If you have any post under comments section.....

Update on GMSOG- Operation Silent Vigil |

Hello everyone,
Here are a few updates for GMSOG airsoft and Operation Silent Vigil.
1) We now allow non field bio bb's. They must be bio (G&G, MADBULL, EXCELL OR TSD) and you will need to show them in their bag at registration in order to be able to use them.
2) We will also have G&G bio bb's on sale 5000 .2 for $20 and 4000 .25 for $22. Please email us if you need bb's ahead of time.
3) The food available at the game is all homemade. You have two choices:
i) A hamburger with bowl of chilli, bread and a soda / water for $5.
ii) A hamburger and hot dog with a bag of chips and a drink for $5.
If you could please email ahead of time if you plan on having lunch it would really help out my wife a lot as she need to know the numbers to cater for! Cash only at the field please for food.
FOOD ALLERGIES MUST BE KNOWN.
4) We will also have a Duce and a Half and Vietnam display on site for players to check out some of the gear and weapons they will be using in the first Vietnam themed game coming up on August 2nd.
OPERATION SILENT VIGIL: Gates open at 8am sharp. Everyone will pre-pay for the game and you will be issued with a lanyard that has a whistle (for safety) and a laminated map at this time. No lanyard with map = no access to the field. You can also rent rental packages at this time and buy bb's if you need them. We will have the safety briefing at 9:15 then move into the field at 9:30am.
*If you are late or miss the brief you will have to wait until everyone else has been inserted before you can have the brief and be inserted. DO NOT BE LATE.
5) We also have FREE uniform tops for people to borrow that are in need of cammo in both tan and green. Also, please tell your friends we have rental packages available with everything they need to play! All of us at GMSOG Airsoft look forward to seeing you all next Sunday at Operation Silent Vigil.

ALSO WE WILL NEED TO TRY TO MEET ON SUNDAY THE 21ST AT 6:30 IN ORDER TO MAKE IT TO THE GATE BY 8 AM. WE CAN ARRANGE CAR POOL'S AND FERRY COST THEN.
